I have been in practice in New Mexico for 21 years, treating depression, anxiety, relationships, and life changes. I am continuing to do video and telephonic sessions for individuals only. I like to use a listening, supportive stance with clients to help them feel comfortable in talking about their problems. Some of the techniques I use are mindfulness, regulating emotions, relationship skills, tolerating distress, and mind/body techniques. I believe that therapy works, and is worth the time, effort, and money you put into it.
