Welcome, are you someone who feels like they're doing everything right on the outside, yet are struggling internally with a sense of disconnection, anxiety, or feeling stuck in a painful pattern? or maybe your a couple who has forgotten how to be friends, or an individual who feels overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together. What you need is a safe, compassionate space to unpack the 'why' behind the struggles and be seen without judgment. My goal isn't simply to stop a negative behavior, but to achieve a deeper transformation. Let's trade resentment for connection, and anxiety for a sense of purpose.

Whatever is getting your way as a couple, including infidelity, can be handled if you have the will and the right roadmap.
Are you worried about your future together? Fighting too much, too often, too intensely? Or the opposite: avoiding conflict for fear of getting lost in it. Conflicts that are avoided or are too long and too intense and too difficult to recover from will all weigh you down. You know that things can be easier: you know you could communicate more efficiently, smarter, and get to have fun together on the other side this. What you need then is a therapist who can diagnose communicational difficulties and engineer solutions that keep you out of the same trouble in the future.

Your intimate relationship can be one of the most important sources of joy, satisfaction and fulfillment in your life. However, issues may arise which upset that original harmony, and if left unaddressed, lead to a negative pattern of quarreling, difficult communication, and a loss of connection, trust and intimacy. In some cases, this negative spiral can further lead to depression, substance/behavioral addictions, or even an affair. I can provide you with the effective tools for identifying, addressing and resolving those challenging issues, and help you co-create a renewed sense of connection, intimacy and sacred partnership.

That constant feeling you’re justifying your existence. The exhaustion of code-switching, of making yourself smaller to feel safe, of checking all the right boxes only to feel like you don’t fit in any of them. If you’ve moved through the world with layered identities—as a BIPOC individual, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, or a survivor of unstable systems—I see you. This is your space to stop performing. My work is dedicated to helping you embrace your own complexity and find healing not by changing who you are, but by becoming more fully yourself. You deserve a place where every part of your story is welcome.

I help people who sense that something deeper is calling them—people who are successful on the outside but feel unfulfilled, unseen, or disconnected inside. My work is for those who are not looking for surface-level coping skills, but for a more fundamental shift in how they inhabit their lives, relationships, and inner world. For over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals and couples through what I call threshold moments—times when old patterns stop working, when the “former life” begins to fall away, or when something in the psyche insists on becoming more fully alive.

My PhD in Clinical Psychology has given me the knowledge and sensitivity that psychotherapy is a very personal experience. Together we gain the trust to peel the layers of the "false self" away from the true, authentic self. Each person is different, therefore each person's healing has to be treated individually. Human suffering can be healed and I treat trauma from early childhood to the present, treating unhealthy early attachment issues we may use now in relationships. Together we will examine patterns which the patient finds distressing and long standing. I do not give advise, rather I help the patient find the advise within.

Infidelity Therapists
How does therapy for infidelity work?
A skilled infidelity therapist will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings and concerns. The goal is to be completely honest about what led to the cheating and how it has affected the entire family to prevent it from recurring in the future. The therapist will help the clients work on rebuilding mutual trust and respect and developing better communication and conflict-resolution skills. If the goal is to remain a couple, clients will learn the “danger signs” for their specific relationship, and they will make a renewed commitment to be faithful.

How long does therapy for infidelity take?
Recovery from infidelity can take time, and it can vary from person to person. Generally, a therapist will want to see the clients at least once a week for around six months. Then the sessions can be arranged as needed, depending on the clients’ individual needs. While therapy may end or shift to an as-needed basis, it can take up to two years or more for some clients to fully recover from infidelity.

How does therapy help the partner who was cheated on?
When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.

How does therapy help the partner who committed infidelity?
Infidelity often occurs when one or both partners’ emotional needs are not being met in the relationship. Therapy can help this client understand why they cheated and figure out how to address those unmet needs without resorting to infidelity in the future. This can lessen (but not entirely eliminate) the risk of repeated infidelity. Clients who cheat may also feel intense guilt about deceiving their partners, a sentiment that they can work through in therapy.
