As a systemic thinker, I am always looking at a person in relationship to their environment, and the people in it. With a strength-based approach in family therapy, I also use psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral principles, while providing a safe and empathic environment for our work together. I have treated families, couples and individuals for 16 years with a broad scope of culture, age and relational issues. I have helped many people through transitional events that affect them throughout their lives; school, career, marriage, parenting, illness, loss, divorce and retirement. My interest is in the relationship you have with yourself and those around you.

Hello, I am a clinical psychologist with more than 17 years of experience providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties. I received my Masters in Education from Harvard University and my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and ethnicities into my practice, and use an interpersonal and eclectic approach to facilitate an exploration of issues causing on-going worry and/or distress.
