and specialized trauma approaches (EMDR).
Life has changed beyond expectations. Many of our careers, educational life and values have become unsettled. I am a good fit for highly sensitive people, who amidst this change, are in a life transition such as college disruption, trauma, relationship problems and work issues. The pervasive stress, resulting in depression, confusion, anxiety, OCD, addiction and disruption, will be met with deep listening, reflection and compassion. For those whose minds have been effected by psychedelic drugs, marijuana, childhood trauma or bipolar tendencies, we will work together to create clear, practical strategies for health/recovery.
