Negotiating change can be a daunting task for adolescents and adults alike causing significant stress. This emotional or behavioral reaction can take the form of anxiety, depressive symptoms, and/or behavioral changes. Triggers include work/school problems, moving, financial issues, relationship difficulties, family conflict, illness, or starting a new school/job. Since 2005, I have assisted countless adolescents and adults as they navigate the challenges presented to them. Utilizing psychotherapy and coaching, I work with individuals, couples, & families.
