I am an experienced mental health counselor and parent coach who provides support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families who are facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. I utilize the Gottman Couples Therapy approach and facilitate a variety of interventions to foster growth and understanding within relationships. Implementing a variety of strength and health based techniques, including CBT, IFS, DBT, I provide a warm, engaging space that allows clients to explore ways to work toward positive change. All individuals are born equipped with the skills and resources to discover their core self.

I am interested in providing quality mental health treatment to children and adults suffering from a variety of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and family conflict. I enjoy watching clients discover their inner strength and apply that to their current problems. Using cognitive-behavioral interventions clients will be able to identify faulty thinking patterns and work on restructuring them into more positive, productive thoughts.

I have a holistic approach to therapy knowing our mind, body and soul are all created to work and function in harmony. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma (children and adults), child abuse and neglect, domestic abuse, foster/adoption issues, parenting, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. I have worked in crisis centers, children's system of care, adult and children's group homes, ran therapeutic and psycho-educational groups, and have done intensive in home clinical work.
