Trauma and PTSD Therapists in Red Bank, NJ
Whether it's trauma related, relationship focused, or issues with self-worth, we can explore it together to find the root cause and the solutions moving forward.
All I can ask for in a client is a willingness to learn and grow. The beginning of this journey can feel overwhelming, or even intimidating. I understand that and appreciate the strength it takes to reach out and try something different. I work best with clients who are feeling like they are in a place ready for change. Maybe they are feeling disconnected from themselves or having a hard time trusting their instincts. Working together, we will help you to start honoring yourself and your needs, focusing on what you've been through and how to create the life that feels authentic to you.

In addition to therapy for adults, I also work with children and teens using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Starting therapy, including finding the right therapist, can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels stressful. With over six years of experience, I’ve helped clients at different stages of life navigate stress, relationship challenges, and times of feeling stuck. I create a collaborative space focused on what matters most to you. I aim to be validating and compassionate, while also being honest and direct. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be getting in your way and build practical tools you can take outside of sessions, so therapy doesn’t just stay in the room, but supports real change in everyday life.
