We have all been broken by life, fragmented by negative experiences, and sometimes we feel so broken that we are unable to pick up the pieces alone, but, fear not! Mental, emotional, spiritual, occupational, and social wellness is a process and not a state of mind. It is a level of perfection we ought to continually strive for, because those fragmented pieces of our lives CAN be put back together.
