Sometimes it's difficult to speak the words? Sometimes it is hard to find answers. We believe our clients have their own best solutions from within and that Horses assist us in on that path. Spring Reins of Hope (SRoH) was founded in 2009 under the Eagala Model of equine-assisted services. The horses provide an experiential/ solution focused therapeutic model that can act as a fast-track intervention therapy alongside traditional therapies (collaborating with your therapist), or as a stand-alone alternative to talk therapy. We have licensed professionals and follow HIPAA guidelines while we 'get to the horse of the matter'.

Our
coaching
relationship will be the foundation of our work together, and our most useful tool for getting you what you want.
Clients come to me when their style of helping others has caused them to lose themselves. They're: 1) stuck in relationships without boundaries, 2) consistently ignoring their own needs, and 3) confused about what self-love looks like for them. They need to replace their bitterness and burn-out with a brave, bold way of living that prioritizes their mental, emotional, and physical health. Ultimately, they dream of having the confidence to express their true feelings, assert healthy boundaries, and be kind to others without neglecting their own needs. That's where I come in...

My goal as a therapist is to help you put the fragmented pieces of your
life
back together.
You have had days that make you feel like switching off the sun, crawling underneath your skin, and checking out from this catastrophic cantankerous world. You have been emotionally shipwrecked by
life
, fragmented by negative experiences, and you feel broken beyond repair. Yesterday was too much, today you're drowning in the sea of despair; and, tomorrow should not see the light of day. Existing feels like too much to ask, survival seems impossible, and you're thinking, "I can't do this..." Maybe you can't, but we can, and we will. You may feel alone, but you are not alone. You may sway and bend, but you will never break.

I will help your child individually, as well as offer education and
coaching
for you.
Worried moms & frazzled dads, look no further! Maybe your child/teen is anxious, sad, angry, or acting out. You've tried empathy, rewards, punishments, extra attention, special privileges. You've read books, consulted parenting blogs, & asked other parents for advice. Whatever you try, it may even work for a few days but then all the old problems come right back. Maybe your boy wants to dress like a girl and it's freaking you out. Maybe your teen declares "I'm queer"--what does that even mean? Let's add the stress of the global pandemic, and you're exhausted, frustrated, and worried about your child's future.

life
. I will work with you to help you cope more effectively; in doing so, I focus on your strengths and potential.

Life Coaching Therapists
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.
Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.
Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.
How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
