I offer therapy and assessment for children, adolescents and adults, to address difficulties with mood, anxiety, attention, learning, emotions, or identity. I am neurodiversity-affirmative, which includes individuals who are ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, gifted, or other neurotypes. Traditional approaches often do not affirm the lived experience of neurodivergent individuals or address the emotional needs of kids who struggle with behavior problems. Through open-minded exploration and creative problem-solving, therapy can help to develop self-knowledge, confidence, acceptance, psychological flexibility, and interpersonal effectiveness.
