As we are all human beings and have taken falls throughout life and required help getting back up. There is no one perfect in this world as we all have faced obstacles in challenges throughout life many dealing with trauma, stressors, mental health issues, and so on. I know the feeling of not being able to trust others and feeling like you are struggling alone, and others do not understand what you are going through. Trust is the essential ingredient in reaching out to someone for help taking the steps towards wellness, and I do believe that I am that one that can help you through your journey to recovery.

I help my clients overcome OCD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and perfectionism using Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies (ERP, PE, and ACT). If you're ready to do something different so that you can feel something different, let's talk. My clients are adults who want to feel good about themselves and discover more meaning, relaxation, and joy in everyday life. You can do this. I am currently accepting clients for Wednesday and Friday weekdays and evenings. My practice is virtual, so no in-office availability for now.

You are trying to be everything to everyone, yet on the inside you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or empty. You might be struggling with intrusive thoughts, racing heartbeats, or an "on-edge" feeling that never goes away. If your life feels like it has become a series of tasks rather than moments of joy, you are in the right place.

Apoyo en tu idioma. You deserve to be heard in the language of your heart. Life can feel out of balance when past weight lingers or confidence begins to erode. Whether you are navigating the heavy aftermath of trauma, struggling with anxiety that won’t quit, or seeking a safe space to process domestic challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone. I provide a calm, respectful, and culturally nuanced space where your story is honored, not defended.

Life can be pretty hard sometimes. Often clients come to me after suffering for a long time, looking for answers for why they feel this way and to find out how they can feel better. I work with first responders who take on the stress of it all for others, but they often struggle to provide care to themselves. As a former EMT myself, I know what the stress of the job entails, and I know it can be hard to talk about it with someone on the outside. Therapy can be a space to unload the backpack and get the support you need to start running on all cylinders again.

As a parent, one of the most challenging and heartbreaking experiences is watching your children struggle and being uncertain of how to help them move forward successfully. It is equally as challenging attempting to find a provider that is a good fit for your children. I have spent the past 15 years working with adolescents, teens, young adults and families, in outpatient and in home settings.

Let’s be honest, life can be challenging at times! Let me assist you in navigating it. I congratulate you on making the choice to speak to a therapist and share the most important and private thoughts you have with me. Knowing when to reach out and ask for help is a HUGE step in your journey to healing. As a therapist, I understand that therapy is not a "one size fits all" service, and I strive to walk alongside my clients as they seek emotional well-being.
