Accepting new clients! I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating those facing personal obstacles, such as depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning, stress management, women’s issues, work/life balance, and self-esteem. While following a generally humanistic approach, my primary methods of treatment focus on client-centered counseling and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also tie in key components from dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), specifically mindfulness, as another means of treatment. I take great pride in recognizing the uniqueness of each person.
