Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience in working with a variety of client populations in several different treatment settings. Jessica has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including emergency rooms, crisis intervention, group therapy, and community-based settings. She has experience working with children and families in their home, as well as providing services in the home for the medically compromised and end of life care. Jessica is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Sarah Merza is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. Sarah received her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a B.A. in psychology from the Ohio State University. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, unwinding to any number of shows on Netflix, and reading the occassional mystery novel. Sarah has experience working with older adults, young adults, and teenagers who struggle with mental health diagnoses.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting support, parenting for families of children with special needs, postpartum mood disorders, as well as family and couples counseling. Sara is culturally competent and has experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and marital and family crisis.
