OCD
, addictions, and eating disorders.
For over 25 years I have been privileged to become closely involved with patients and their challenges. I value my relationship with each patient and couple, and provide a safe, warm environment. My goal is to bring about positive change by alleviating problems and providing relief from symptoms. Extensive training and experience combined with warmth and individualized attention are the ingredients which enable me to help my patients successfully achieve their goals. Can’t seem to turn your brain off and stop worrying? Are you constantly overthinking? Are you playing the same events over and over in your mind? Always concerned about saying or doing the right thing? Inside you may be feeling on-edge and nervous, and struggling with doubts and fears can be so tiring, which makes it harder to cope. It can seem like a never-ending cycle where trying to control everything just makes you feel more restless and out of control.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions). It affects children, kids, teens and adults. Often the person carries out the behaviors to get rid of the obsessive thoughts, but this only provides temporary relief. Not performing the obsessive rituals can cause great anxiety. A person's level of OCD can be anywhere from mild to severe, but if severe and left untreated, it can destroy a person's capacity to function at work, at school or even to lead a comfortable existence in the home.
