TrimLife - Hypnosis for Weight Management
We all know what we are supposed to do to lose weight. What we don't understand is why we can't just do it. TrimLife is not a diet. It is long-term program that tackles the unhealthy eating habits we have formed by addressing the underlying emotional ties that we have to food. We address this on a subconscious level and free ourselves from old behaviors allowing us to release weight that we have been holding on to. The course runs virtually for 2 hours on Mondays or Saturdays for 6 weeks. In person programs available as well.
