I am committed to helping those struggling with trauma, narcissistic abuse, symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and difficulties coping with stressors.

I help children and adolescents experiencing behavioral and emotional disturbances achieve and maintain regulation. I also help parents and caregivers seeking to improve their relationship with their children by identifying factors that impact their parenting.
