I can rattle on about my 30 years of experience and training and all of that but it’s not what drives my passion and love for this work. I believe in the healing power of relationship itself. Building trust and sharing human connection is what creates the safe bond that is necessary for processing pain, trauma, and all of the other stuff of life! How’s that for clinical jargon?! What I want to convey is love above all else, which you will find here in our work together. And not to worry, loving and receiving love can be hard especially if you've struggled in your life. Learning how to love will become your greatest superpower.

I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker trained by the IFS institute. I take an integrative approach to therapy, emphasizing healing mind, body, and soul. I believe that therapy should be enjoyable and non-judgmental. I am told that I create a collaborative and compassionate environment where my clients and I are able to tap into deep inner wisdom, provide insight, and apply concrete methods to heal and move forward. The result? Becoming brave enough to build a deep connection to your truest self and live authentically. Spirituality is incorporated, as desired.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor it is not only my duty but also an honor to work with individuals as they navigate through life.
