With over 30 years of combined experience, Dr. Angelone and Dr. Zane have been working together in various capacities since 2005. With our staff of seven clinicians who largely adhere to a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) perspective, we can provide rapid symptom relief while developing strategies for long-term change. We also maintain continuous training on the latest strategies and integrate them into our treatment.

I teach women to take care of themselves first so they can better care for others. Trained during my work at The Postpartum Stress Center, I treat women who struggle with trauma, postpartum adjustment, infertility, birth trauma, infant loss/miscarriage and adoption struggles. We strengthen the relationship to self, build a sense of emotional safety with others. We will shift the lens on the mommy myths, cultural expectations and perfectionistic standards which can cause overwhelm/shame.

When people come to therapy, they are often feeling scared, confused or lost because their life is unraveling and they have exhausted all options. During these times, we can lose our sense of self and our relationships with friends and family suffer. I am skilled at providing a safe and comfortable space to engender trust and promote healing, helping clients gain greater insight to manage life's hurdles. Calling on my 17+ years of experience, my therapeutic philosophy involves empowering clients to work through past traumas and self-defeating behaviors to lead more fulfilling lives.

Family therapy for conflict, estrangement, suicidal or self injurious behaviors, blended families/parenting using Structural Family Therapy.

I have a passion for assisting people with Complex PTSD and trauma. I have personal and professional experience with healing trauma working with adults, youth and children for over twenty years. I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space where all parts of oneself are welcome, as we explore with compassion and curiosity, all aspects of yourself to empower the innate natural inner healing of the self within. I will guide you to a deeper level of understanding your unique parts as you gain a greater sense of clarity, curiosity, connection, calm, courage, compassion, creativity, and confidence.
