I help women experiencing anxiety, trauma and burnout find more ease, clarity and calm. My approach is welcoming, relaxed and honors you as the expert in your own life. I practice EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS-informed parts work and I am newly trained in Brainspotting. These modalities are helpful for those who haven't had success with talk therapy alone. They offer ways to get underneath your mental chatter and channel your nervous system and its healing capacity.
