I provide ADHD coaching and psychotherapy to youth (grades 4 and up), adults, couples, and families via in person, phone, or Online. I believe one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself is self-awareness through therapy or coaching. This involves a great deal of self-care and acceptance while you honor your strengths, identify and accept the things you need to work on, and learn strategies and coping skills. Some issues I can provide coaching or therapeutic support for are: ADHD, executive functioning challenges, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, infertility, social, interpersonal and/or parenting difficulties.
