Hi there! Welcome to my practice, SEED Services: Partners for Counseling & Wellness. We use evidence based approaches, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples counseling to name a few. Currently, most of my own work supports individuals who struggle with high levels of self-criticism, shame, and the patterns of avoidance or over-striving that are often associated with anxiety, depression, problem perfectionism, and trauma. We also specialize in couples counseling and working with relational grief, or losses due to life transitions and "post"-COVID living.

My specialty areas include working with individual and child/family therapy. With individual/adult treatment I work with mood and anxiety disorders with a specialty in Post Traumatic Stress, survivors of childhood abuse and trauma recovery. My work with children ranges from age 4 through college age. My individual work with children includes management of depression, anxiety and physical/sexual abuse as well as working with children with ADHD. I also include a family/parenting component when working with children.

We then develop a treatment plan that is unique for your needs.
