My name is Megan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Elizabeth Woods is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Elizabeth's experience as a clinical social worker and psychotherapist spans over 7 years and includes work with adolescents and adults with a range of symptoms and challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty with relationships, behavioral issues, personality disorders, life transitions and loss.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship and support are most necessary to promote positive change. I use a strength-based approach and help motivate clients to meet their individualized goals and needs. I have a wide range of experience working with adults who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and Mood Dysregulation as well as life transitions and relationship conflicts.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including in-home therapy, hospitals, and outpatient facilities. Over the course of my career, I have provided treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and substance abuse.

My goal when working with clients is to create a compassionate, caring, and safe therapeutic environment as we work together to overcome their challenges, heal their pain, develop their strengths and resources, and accomplish their goals. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples from all backgrounds on a broad range of issues. I have extensive training in a wide range of modalities and interventions and have provided psychotherapy in numerous settings to diverse populations.

Charles Graff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 7 years of experience in the mental health field. He enjoys working with people of all ages and has served young adults, adults, and seniors struggling with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, anger management, stress, mood disorders, college life, and a variety of other mental health challenges. Charles earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.

I enjoy working with young adults to seniors who are cautious about seeking help, feel coaxed into counseling, or have had bad experiences in the past. People have told me that I have a unique way of connecting with others and that they immediately sense my empathy and non-judgmental approach to all my interactions. My areas of special interest are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjusting to chronic illness, life transitions, PTSD, and general well-being. I work in a trauma-informed manner. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and work in a culturally sensitive manner.

I've spent nearly four decades learning and teaching at the former St. Vincent’s Hospital dept. of Psychiatry in Manhattan’s West Village treating children, adolescents and adults. The issues: family crises; trauma; learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, asperger's syndrome; mood instability and the paralyzing effects of anxiety/panic. It takes grit, patience; the right educational space and faith in growth.
