Whether you feel anxious, depressed, mentally exhausted, disconnected, are struggling with addiction, or just need someone to talk to; I am more than happy to help. My first priority in sessions is for you to feel safe, secure, and respected. I want you to open up on your own terms and in your own time as we build trust together. Whenever you feel comfortable, we can work through and overcome any challenges you’re facing. In sessions, we will work together to build skills, confidence, and control that will allow you to achieve your mental health goals.
