Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced based treatment designed to help you gain control of your life and adopt healthy and balanced thinking/behaviors. Individuals will gain greater awareness of self, ability to manage emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living. Skills focus in areas including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, dialectics, and interpersonal effectiveness. Also included in your treatment is phone coaching to assist you outside of session.
