New motherhood is, for many people, a time of joy. It can also be a time of stress and conflicting emotions. All of the expectations and pressure can be a lot to deal with. This especially true now during the COVID-19 pandemic! If you want to talk with someone who "gets it," if you or someone you care about are pregnant, have recently had a baby, or have older children and do not like the way you are feeling or just find that you would like some extra support, please give me a call!
