I work with clients who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments, & family. I have over 10 yrs’ experience working with individuals, couples & families of all ages to empower them to navigate some of their obstacles. I have expertise working with those affected by trauma, codependency, abuse, anxiety and depression.

More importantly, I treat people, not modalities or disorders! Therefore, my treatment style draws on a number of different methods depending on your specific needs.
