I will help you develop coping skills to manage your symptoms. I will guide you on your path towards personal fulfillment. I believe that empathy and mindfulness are the building blocks of a successful therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a safe healing place for all of my clients.
I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing services for adults and adolescents who have suffered from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and cooccurring disorders. Furthermore, I work with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults who are struggling with acceptance.
When I am not working, I enjoy being physically active. I love weight lifting, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and yoga. I play a few musical instruments, but singing is my favorite. I look forward to helping you reach your treatment goals!
