I have recently added Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as services now available in my office. I am not a traditional talk therapist, rather I do experiential psychotherapy. I trained 6 years beyond my doctorate in somatic psychotherapy, so that I include the body's experience throughout the session. In addition, I'm a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, I help you know and experience your feeling- states in your body. This allows you to expand your awareness so that you have choices (rather than being run by the programming of mind!)
I have added Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to my treatment options. Please see my website for more information: www.BethHaessig.com
I work to heal the mind/body split that causes much of our suffering. I do this through yogic practices, mindfulness, awareness building combined with CBT. I worked exclusively with children/youth since 1990, and added adults since 2008.
