Utilizing exposure with response prevention (ERP) and
-based skills training, I work collaboratively with people to foster strengths and to develop the tools to more effectively confront obsessions and compulsions.
I am a therapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am an adjunct professor at New York University Silver School of Social Work. I have advanced training in several evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Over the years, I have developed an expertise in working with people dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, eating disorders, and relationship problems.
