's issues, such as postpartum depression, menopause, history of abuse, and eating disorders.

I value these clients as individuals and approach them in a caring, nonjudgmental way. Although my training has provided me with a wide variety of tools, my experience has taught me which tools are most likely to help in any given situation. Some approaches I use are: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, and interpersonal. In addition, I believe in educating clients about the therapy process so that they can be a partner in their own treatment.
