Krystin in a licensed clinical social worker who graduated from Rutgers University with her Masters Degree in Social Work, specializing in Violence Against Women and Children. Krystin has extensive experience working with women's issues, substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, BDD and BPD.
She utilizes a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to assist clients with finding a balance between acceptance and change. Body awareness and mindfulness are often incorporated in her therapeutic approach, specifically assisting in trauma work and identifying the impact experiences have made in her clients lives.
