We all want to feel that we are in control, alive and balanced. The reality is we can get stuck, confused, and in need of help. Feelings of frustration, hurt, doubt, worry, sadness, self-blame, or loneliness can set in. In other words, we become “unhappy.” We want to feel that we have a choice. A choice that will make things better whether it is for ourselves, our relationship, or our children.
I have over a decade of experience working with adults, children and families. I specialize in working with adults, couples, and young adults ages 19-35yrs, and especially look forward to working with new moms. My approach to therapy/counseling is supportive, active and understanding.
