I'm a Spanish-speaking therapist, and I offer mental health services to Latino / Latinx individuals in Massachusetts and Florida. I firmly believe that, before any other role, we are all vulnerable human beings with the capacity to continue growing and changing. Starting therapy could open old wounds, awaken memories, and make you feel ashamed. Initially, it can be a heavy process. However, honesty and transparency will be worth it. My commitment is to be present and collaborate during your process so that when fulfillment and growth occur, you can recognize when you no longer need me. At that point we will celebrate your success!

I have been working with diverse populations for the past 20 years. My help is focused on emotional and mental health concerns, relationships, trauma, attachment issues, and cultural-family adjustments. As a Wounded Healer archetype, I will help you navigate your struggles, vulnerabilities, past, and life events with an empathetic, judgment-free perspective.
From day number one, I'll make sure that you feel welcome, understood, and listened to. I'll feel passionate about supporting you in developing self-awareness, self-identifying strengths, and feeling ownership of actions and results. I will be always present as a collaborator, on your side, but with a realistic point of view so you can feel grounded.
