I work with children through young adults (ages 8–22) navigating ADHD, ODD, school behavior challenges, and emotional outbursts, including ADHD clinical assessments. If your child is defiant, impulsive, hyperactive, or struggling with anxiety or depression, you're not alone. Support is available. I partner with parents and caregivers to build practical skills that strengthen routines, communication, and emotional regulation at home and school. I also provide outpatient therapy for older teens and young adults to build coping skills, connection, and healthier relationships.
I specialize in ADHD, ODD, and school-related behavior challenges, defiance, meltdowns, impulsivity, and difficulty following routines. Using compassionate, evidence-based approaches, I help kids build emotional regulation skills while coaching parents on communication strategies that reduce power struggles and strengthen connection at home.
