Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to manage anxiety, dating, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, or relationship concerns? Clients come to me seeking clarity, support, and a safe space to talk openly without fear of judgment. My role is to help you understand what’s holding you back, identify patterns that cause distress, and develop skills that promote effective communication, healthy relationships, and emotional stability in your daily life. I also strive to find meaningful ways to incorporate solutions and art therapy into our sessions together.
I work with individuals, couples, and families using relational, person-centered, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches. I help clients address anxiety, depression, communication issues, conflict, stress, and identity-related challenges. My goal is to offer structure, support, solution-focused possibilities, and practical tools to create meaningful change.
Therapy is courageous and vulnerable step, and I’m here to support you. Together, we can create a compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether your goals involve healing past wounds, changing old habits, getting organized, or embracing your true identity, I’m here to help guide you toward growth, transformation and self love.
