I believe that peace—and even happiness—can be found, even in the darkest of times. Life’s challenges, whether from adversity, trauma, or illness, can deeply affect our perspective, often leading to depression, anxiety, inner conflict, and hopelessness. Therapy is a collaborative journey between two people, working together toward healing. As that healing unfolds, so too does the opportunity to reconnect with peace and rediscover joy.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel free to express themselves and explore their internal struggles. Together, we’ll work to understand how past experiences shape the present, fostering greater self-awareness and empowering positive choices for the future.

I work closely with couples and clients navigating trauma, family conflict, anxiety, and depression as well as with individuals facing cancer and their families. My clients range in age from 15 to 75. I’m also part of a dedicated team of exceptional providers. If my services aren’t the right fit for your needs, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can help.
