My therapeutic approach is person-centered based on the belief that everyone has their qualities and experiences that are unique to them. I am interested in working with adolescents, individuals, and families who are dealing with grief and loss issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. The emphasis is placed on the healing process using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength-Based Therapy. I provide empathy, active listening, and empowering clients to achieve their goals.
