Nissa Jackman, MA, LMFT, ATR, Marriage & Family Therapist in Denver
Our emotions are at the core of how we think and interact with the world and being able to fully realize them will help us function better in every aspect of our lives. I am passionate about helping children and adults work through the tough times to recognize, express, and manage their feelings and develop resilience, gain self-acceptance, and learn skills for self-regulation and effective communication.
As an Art Therapist, I blend psychotherapy, creative thinking, and art making, allowing you to talk about your issues while learning ways to creatively communicate and work through them. Art-making allows you to tap into your unconscious, cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, and utilize creative ways to cope.
I am here to provide a nurturing and supportive experience, allowing you to tap into your creative and authentic self, and help you focus on what is best about you and learn to help yourself. Let's focus on your strengths, and foster healthy changes for you and your life!
