I love helping people grasp what motivates them to live their best lives. It's no secret that life is complicated. We each have our battles to face. I primarily use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat trauma and other mental blocks. I believe that you are the expert, and I'm here to support you.
I have extensive training in treating trauma, depression, and grief/loss. Some of my strengths as a therapist include being upbeat, motivated to help you accomplish your goals, empathetic, and responsive.
