I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and am pursuing my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. I’m a kind, outgoing person who loves connecting with others and hearing what their stories are in a way that makes them feel seen, heard and not judged. When it comes to therapy, I'm all about it being centered around you! This approach is called narrative therapy, it helps others see how there are positives in life despite what hardships they may be experiencing. The journey to healing is a beautiful thing and our stories can be re-written to help our healing.
