About
Do you feel sad, gloomy, or disconcerted? Do you find yourself caught in the grip of worry and judge yourself harshly? Are you in the midst of a transition and having difficulty coping? Or are you simply looking to find a deeper sense of identity, purpose, and fulfillment in life? My expertise lies in working with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulty with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, personal traumas, transitions, cultural challenges and personal growth.
As your therapist I am committed to providing you with a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself, explore your needs, and discover tools to alleviate distress. I use a collaborative stance to help you explore your challenges while discovering growth within them, and guide you in utilizing your own insights to facilitate change.
Learning how to be kind to yourself, to believe in yourself, and exercise self-acceptance is central to my work with you. If you are seeking a path to self-discovery and healing I welcome you to reach out to me by phone or email so we can get started. You do not have to navigate life on your own!
