Our sessions will support you to gain compassionate insight into relational wounds and traumas, heal painful emotional cycles, approach conflicts as opportunities for growth and evolution, and build trust in your inner wisdom to create a dynamic, loving life that aligns with your truth. My approach is trauma-informed and depth-oriented.
I support clients with concerns related to: self-worth, intimacy, attachment, communication, trauma, conflict, sexuality, power dynamics, creative expression, grief, identity, and spirituality. Sensitive to the impact of social norms, I often work with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, and those in intercultural or non-traditional (ENM/poly/kink) relationships.
My style is nurturing, open-minded, creative, and especially skilled in holding relational paradox—closeness and autonomy, grief and desire, rupture and repair.
