I am a clinical psychologist who find sacred purpose in helping clients navigate the complexity of relationships in all their suffering, beauty, and diversity. This includes the relationship to our self, which has often been wounded by other relationships-with family, partners, friends, colleagues, faith, and society. Since depression, anxiety, and PTSD often have roots in relationship distress, my work supports you to heal relational wounds, ease emotional pain, and repair trust in your self’s inner wisdom to create a dynamic, loving life that aligns with your truth. My therapy style is compassionate, creative, and trauma-informed.
I blend psychodynamic, internal family systems, Jungian, mindfulness, and liberation psychology approaches to help clients grappling with concerns related to: self-esteem, trauma, intimacy, attachment, relational conflict, sexuality, spirituality, life transitions, grief, identity, minority stress, oppression, and shame from societal norms.
I have expertise doing individual and couples therapy with diverse communities and identities, including women of color, LGBTQ+/queer clients, and people in non-traditional relationships.
