Welcome! I’m a driven therapist dedicated to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly people of color, by providing compassionate and culturally responsive care. My practice specializes in working with people of color, pediatrics, and assisting individuals navigating addiction.
I enjoy assisting in topics such as depression, ADHD, body dysmorphia, anxiety, grief and sex positivity. I offer individual therapy and family therapy. Working with age ranges five and beyond.
I also work closely with the BIPOC, LGBTQ+ community, recognizing the importance of inclusive care and creating a safe space for everyone.
I believe in offering holistic support that addresses each client’s unique needs, utilizing a combination of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a client-centered approach. My mission is to support healing, resilience, and positive change, while advocating for social justice and equity.
