I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief counseling, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, pediatric concerns and maternal depression. I also enjoy working with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their marriage and are determined to bring positive changes in their life.
Clinically I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to facilitate positive change. My patients’ success through the therapeutic process is my utmost goal and hence I will track progress weekly so that we can see your mood and behaviors improve.
