I specialize in treating OCD and other anxiety disorders. I also help with the exploration of gender and sexual identity and the navigation of life transitions such as breakups, job loss, or moving, as well as new adventures such as starting at a new school, new community, or a new relationship or job. All of these can be stressful, but they don't have to be overwhelming. I started practicing therapy in 2009. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming clinician, my approach is strengths-based. Your unique characteristics make up the blueprint for building a fulfilling life that's right for you. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop the confidence and skills to move forward.
