Whether it's relationship stress or work stress, you find yourself thinking, "I wish I had better tools to deal with these overwhelming feelings."
In my practice, I help people get better at managing their reactions to life's inevitable stressors. My specialties include anxiety and OCD, adult AUTISM diagnosis, challenging transitions, and working on accountability to self. I enjoy working with a diverse clientele. I am LGBTQ+ affirming as well as affirming of neurodiversity.
Anxiety and other stressful symptoms don’t have to disappear completely for life to feel better. With the right support, these can become more manageable, less limiting, and far less central to how you see yourself.
