Most of my clients seek support in one of three areas: women’s issues, life transitions, or trauma. I help women navigate challenges such as motherhood, singleness, work/life balance, and boundary setting. Together, we work to find their voice, feel empowered, create balance, and cultivate safety within themselves.
I often tell my clients that I love change but hate transition—I want to already be an expert. My goal is to support those facing the discomfort of life transitions, whether entering a new phase of life or feeling stuck. This work may include skill building, exploring values and priorities, or engaging in identity work.
I help clients heal from trauma by first building a safe, trusting relationship. From there, I ensure they’re equipped to process painful experiences in a healthy, sustainable way.
I create a supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered. My approach is direct and active, grounded in humor, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence.
To help support our individual work, my practice also offer IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback which helps increase individual's window of tolerance and bring balance to their central nervous system. It helps with a variety of symptoms, including ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and more.
