Hello, I’m Nina Wolf, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adults and couples facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. I also support individuals who are curious about themselves and want to better understand their patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses. I believe the past plays a critical role in our growth and development, and that healing from difficult experiences allows us to live more fully in the present without the past weighing so heavily.

I draw from IFS, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy to support healing and growth. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman tools to deepen connection and communication. I also integrate creative approaches like expressive arts and sand tray.
