Do you feel like you have it “somewhat together”, like you’ve put in some work to be your best self but yet you still feel stuck? Do you feel like you aren’t seeing the changes you had hoped for or like your confidence has suffered? Maybe your relationship with yourself and others have felt draining or mentally taxing. Sometimes it can seem like everything takes more energy than it should.
I am dedicated to working with individuals like you—those who are capable of looking into themselves but can struggle to connect their thoughts to emotional breakthroughs to be able to inspire change.
I work with anxiety, depression, loneliness, trauma, relationship issues, etc. I help clients connect the mind and body by integrating somatic techniques with talk therapy. I have special insights for nutrition and mental health. I'm in the process of my 200 hour yoga teacher training and I'm also training my mini bernedoodle "Aureus" to be a therapy dog!
Starting therapy can feel like a big, vulnerable step but it’s also a powerful act of courage and self-care. With a collaborative and mind-body awareness approach, I’ll help you uncover the tools and insights needed to move from simply understanding yourself to truly thriving. Let’s take that next step forward together. Call or email me today!
