With nearly 10yrs in practice, I have rich experience in working with adults who are navigating grief & loss, complicated relationships, and/or major life transitions. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, blending insight-oriented therapy with practical emotional tools so sessions feel meaningful and worth your time.
I am mostly guided by evolutionary psychology, neuropsychology, CBT, and I am trauma informed. I ensure that all of my clients walk away with a thorough understanding of both the nuance of themselves personally, and the general 'why & how' of the human experience.
