Life can be hard. From daily stressors to past trauma to life changes and more, I know that you are dealing with a lot. I will partner with you to get through the hard things in life and find joy. I am an anxiety, depression, and trauma therapist in Iowa with immediate openings over telehealth or in person. I can assist you to identify your values, setbacks, and strengths to improve your mental health and functioning. I will help you communicate effectively with others and understand what you want from life. I enjoy helping people notice and change patterns that are no longer serving you.

I have experience working with clients from a wide variety of identities and situations. I am a non judgmental therapist who works with clients ages 13 and older. I enjoy guiding people in navigating career and life transitions, the perinatal period and parenting, self esteem challenges, and past trauma that continues to impact your day to day life.

I am trained in EMDR and incorporate a wide variety of therapeutic interventions to fit your needs. I can help you explore attachment style, provide psychoeducation, and connect you to resources.
